@ : I suggest you do a pregnancy test to make sure you are really not pregnant since 4 weeks is not a short period of time.

I am 15 and started my period when I was 9. It was totally normal the first 5 years. I had it in August, then not till December. It is now June and haven't had it since then. I've taken tests and I'm not pregnant. I have talked to a doctor and she recommended birth control pills to regulate it. But my mom won't let me. What should I do? I am scared something is wrong.

@ : It's normal to have period at age 15. But if you really want to have period faster, you can try add more vitamin C into your diet. But you'd better check with your doctor before taking any steps.

I'm 13 I got my period 2 years ago and I have had a regular schedule for the past few months but I have to go away for soccer camp for the exact time I'm usually on my period. I will be rooming with people I don't know and won't have a lot of time to change pads or tampons and I don't want my period to ruin my whole week at camp. Any ideas on how to make camp easier for me? I'm really scared and dreading it.

@ : 2 week is kind of a long period, you can try some of the methods above to make it come faster, like take some medication, try vitamin C or hang out with other girls who are on their period.

Im 16 and I got my period when i was 11. Its been irregular ever since. It would be regular for about 6 months and then i would get it for 4 months. Then one day i get it for 2 weeks straight. I went to the gynecologist and they gave me birth control pills to help but even though they helped, they mostly made me sick and nauseous. Now i have to get checked to see if I have polycystic ovaries. You should always go to the doctor if you suspect something is wrong with your body. It wont hurt and will save problems in the future
