Low-Fat Avocado Ranch Dressing
|1 avocado chopped and pitted||3 tsp dried parsley|
|1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt||2 tsp dried chives|
|2 tbsp Mayonnaise||1 tsp onion powder|
|2 tbsp lemon juice||1/2 tsp paprika|
|2 tbsp white vinegar||1/4 tsp kosher salt|
|1 small minced clove garlic||Black pepper for seasoning|
|2 tsp dried dill||1 1/2 c of low fat buttermilk|
Add all of the ingredients into a blender excluding the buttermilk and blend for about 5 to 10 seconds so that the dressing achieves a semi-smooth consistency.
Now add a small amount of Buttermilk to it until it becomes just the way you want.
- If this dressing is kept in an air-tight container, it will remain fresh for 4 to 5 days.
