I don't know if I am starting puberty because I am just 11 years old but my 10 year old cousin has bigger breasts and more vagina hair than me. I am really jealous and I just want to start right now.I do have some vagina hair and little breasts and her and I both have vaginal discharge but I feel like she has way more than me.Please tell me or HELP ME with this PROBLEM!!!!!!!!

i had mood swings for about a year, but i still didnt get my period. whats going on? i also started growing some pubic hair, and my breasts are starting to get into shape. am i starting puberty?
