How to Make Delicious Chicken Fried Rice

  1. Use a whisk to beat the eggs in a bowl and add pepper and salt for seasoning.

  2. Heat some oil in a frying pan over medium heat and make an omelette using half of the eggs.

  3. When the omelette is ready, turn it out onto a plate to cool. Make sure not to fold it.

  4. Repeat the procedure for the remaining beaten eggs. Place it on top of the first egg, then fold and coarsely chop.

  5. Toss the chicken strips in a medium bowl and add sesame oil, pepper and salt.
