Cilantro-Avocado Dressing

1/2 avocado1/4 clove garlic
3/4 c packed fresh cilantro1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 c nonfat plain yogurt1/2 tsp sugar
2 chopped scallions

1/2  tsp salt

Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend the mixture until it develops a smooth texture.
