Drink Water

Yes, that’s right, drink a lot of water. It has its own benefits. It not only helps you to get rid of cellulite but also helps you with skin, hair and weight-loss problems.

You can remember this basic rule, if you are taking 5 small meals in a day, you can drink 5 glasses of water before you have a meal.

Keep a bottle full with water, put it near your work place and make sure that you finish that bottle of water before you leave for home.

Make Your Cellulite Scrub at Home

Take ½ cup of coffee and mix with olive oil if not mix with coconut oil. Scrub the affected area for 5 minutes, leave it for 10 mins and then wash it with water. It is messy so use this in bath tub or keep paper so that it does not stain your floor. Use it 4 to 5 times in a week for better result.

This scrub stimulates the blood circulation which helps in melting the cellulite.

Use Plastic Wrap

If you have time, then you can try this also. You need 40 minutes to do this. Just use the coffee scrub, then wrap the area with plastic wrap and leave it for 30 minutes. Try to keep yourself warm like by wrapping a blanket or use the heat pad so that you sweat. Then take shower and you can use any good lotion. Use 2 to 3 times in a week.

Use Dry Brush

You can use dry brush to get rid of cellulite, but make sure that you and brush both are dry. In long strokes, kind of firm, start at your feet and go all the way up always toward the heart. You need a dry bristle brush for this process.

Exercise

You need to exercise for 10 to 15 mins in a day. You can try 20 jumping jack, 20 squat, 20 lungs and 30 to 60 secs of wall sitting. You can do these exercises twice a day, when you leave your bed in the morning and when you go back to your bed. It helps in removing the cellulite and increase your stamina.

Last but not the least, eat healthy and try to get rid of junk food as it will not only get rid of cellulite but will improve your health. So eat fruits, vegetable and other healthy stuff.
