Interesting advices! Lots of bold statements being made though. I really like to know how a higher water intake help eliminate toxins? I mean, toxins like led and polychlorinated dibenzodioxins are accumulated in the fat, so which toxins are you referring to?

@ : Water is the body's natural lubricant and is used for all sorts of things from dietary balance, to washing away bacteria in the mouth, to keeping veins large. Think about a body without water (like a mummy). The key problems here are shown. The skin powders, the organs to turn dust, etc. By ingesting water, one pushes flowing water into areas of the body that typically hold bacteria such as the gut, top layers of the skin, etc. This allows the body to more properly utilize its waste carrying cells to do their job. All-in-all, water is there to keep everything running smoothly. It is the oil of a car's engine. It lubricates and pushes (forcefully) things that do not belong out of the body. :)

Chewing gum all the time when not eating? I have always been taught that excessive use of gum stimulates gastric acid and on an empty stomach this could lead to health issues in some people. For example. Reflux and or ulcerative changes to the stomach lining. Are you familiar with this medical opinion.??

You honestly should have had a native English speaker proofread this before publishing it ???? parts of it were pretty difficult to follow. A couple of good tips, though.
