To prepare 4 servings in about half an hour, you need the following ingredients.
12 oz. lean ground turkey
A chopped medium onion
3 tablespoons of tomato paste
3 medium chopped tomatoes
2 tablespoons of each dried basil, dried oregano, and garlic powder
Half teaspoon of salt with 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
A couple of sliced medium zucchini
Prepare a large skillet by spraying non-sticky cooking spray in it.
Add onion and turkey to it and cook until the meat gets brown – use medium heat for about 10 minutes.
